Our men's squad captain, Andy Lyons, is one of the most experienced riders in the UK peloton. British Cycling's Larry Hickmott interviewed Andy to talk about his motivation, how he balances racing with work & family commitments, and how he's enjoying helping a new generation of young team-mates.
