Our men's squad captain, Andy Lyons, is one of the most experienced riders in the UK peloton. British Cycling's Larry Hickmott interviewed Andy to talk about his motivation, how he balances racing with work & family commitments, and how he's enjoying helping a new generation of young team-mates. The team's recent training camp in Majorca gave us a chance to take plenty of great photos and video footage. We've prepared five of the best images as PC "wallpaper" files which you are welcome to download. They are sized at 1600 x 1200 pixels.

The team's Janet Birkmyre attended British Cycling's annual awards and gala dinner on Saturday to collect the winner's trophy for the National Series and certificates for her European & National Masters track championship titles.

News from the team in Majorca: "First day at camp done and dusted: 5 hours, 100 miles, nice and steady. The guys are going well and although the weather wasn't great today, we pushed on through and got a good day in."
